Gosatomnadzor participates in World Atomic Week
The Forum will be attended by state leaders, executives of the field-oriented international organizations, representatives of leading industry companies and scientific institutions from more than 100 countries.
The event agenda envisages active participation of Gosatomnadzor representatives in a number of thematic sessions and roundtable discussions in the course of World Atomic Week. Planned presentations will cover key aspects of nuclear and radiation safety regulation related to the implementation of the first nuclear power programme of the Republic of Belarus.
Bilateral meetings with representatives of Rostekhnadzor and organizations of Rosatom State Corporation are also planned on the sidelines of the event to discuss Belarusian-Russian cooperation in the field of nuclear and radiation safety. Professional dialogue during the Forum will not only provide an opportunity to exchange accumulated experience but also to get feedback from international experts, which will contribute to further improvement of the national regulatory system.
