On solid radioactive waste management
The norms and rules for nuclear and radiation safety “Ensuring Safety in Solid Radioactive Waste Management” were approved by the Resolution of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus No. 50 of September 30, 2025.
The Resolution was registered in the National Register of Legal Acts on December 9, 2025, under No. 11-3/44292.
The abovementioned Resolution came into force on December 12, 2025. It is available on the website of the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus under the “Official Publication” section, or via the link: On the approval of norms and rules for nuclear and radiation safety.
